I’m posting this and only this from the album. Nothing else. Wiz Khalifa’s debut album, Deal Or No Deal, drops today. I’m buying my hard copy in the AM and then heading up to the Big Apple with my squad to post up until his concert at Highline Ballroom. Doors open at 8, concert starts at 9. I’m rolling 20 deep, no joke. 20 of me and my people will be at the concert. Tickets selling quickly, grab yours HERE. Let’s get it. Proud to see the man make the moves he’s made.

yerp. tracklisting below, as well as the download link. enjoy, it’s wild.
yeaaah. this mixtape dropped a month or so ago. i’m fully aware of that. however, when it dropped, some thug (or thuggette, to be completely fair) had snatched my macbook and i was unable to acquire a personal copy. i had to download this on my roommates computer and play it on his speakers. whatever, though. it’s here for the taking, and i’m hoping you’ll jump on the wiz khalifa bandwagon after hearing it. it’s a solid mix of lyrical wordplay and swag music, and i don’t care how repetitive the content is, it will rattle your trunk all summer. download below, and tracklisting as well as a trill interview with him and my homies over at ILLVIbes after the drop.

better late than never. wiz khalifa drops a video for “ink my whole body”, a single off his previous mixtape that i think should have been on radios worldwide. i tried to get aris to put jim jones on it for that complex mag / jim jones mixtape thing back in february, but it didn’t work out! i thinksome bigger names should jump on it to help it get there. i don’t really know how the industry works, but when the album drops, they should consider that. definitely an anthem nonetheless, and one of my favorites off of that Star Power mixtape. shout out to fab 5 entertainment, too!

i didn’t bother posting the original, even though i like it a lot. so to make up for that, i’ll post young lifa man’s rendition. he claims he doesn’t do the stanky legg, but i’m not buying it. i bet he’s tried it a few times. regardless, he makes it too easy on the trillest, crunkest beat of ‘09. goodness.

three of them, to be exact. the homie artie threw me these joints. wiz’s hustle is pretty thorough. he jumps on that jay rock/wayne joint, that keri hilson single, and beyonce’s “diva”. i’m not even playing about that last one. i like the jay rock joint the most, but you be your own judge. stream/DL below, and throw the thoughts in the comments section.

wow. watch kenny fly over to long strong island so he can get his arm tatted up like the subways in harlem. featuring appearances by young joc and slim from 112. and did he really throw a G-shock ad into the middle of the show?! that was amazing. ha.
and the song below is just too fitting. you need it after you watch that.

in the last three months, wiz khalifa has quickly climbed to the top of my new favorite artists. and standing next to him on that list are my boys christian rich. so when i heard that CR remixed his single "say yeah," i had to give you guys the exclusive. when i heard those drums, i had to run and get my BOSE headphones to really jam it like it’s supposed to be jammed. some crazy intense $#!t! completely different take than the original, i’ll say that much. let me know how you feel about it.

wiz khalifa x synth-heavy, techno inspired beats = vicious music for the vehicle. that’s how i feel.

told you they were all crucial. and he can spit, too. these are just radio friendly joints that i happen to co-sign on. scoop those throwback mixtapes, and look out for prince of the city 2, his most recent effort.
oh, and hiphopupdate cised me with this video footage:
