amen to the apologies tweet, man. from real life to what we see on TV. people just say things to say them. nobody really means it these days. so who we supposed to trust!? how we supposed to stay real with people if they can’t even stay real to themselves?

yikes. a tangent. whatever, though. i feel the wise words.

haha. this new trend of bloggers is what has people like, “oh…” when you say you spend your time blogging. because they think you’re just one of these guys above. whatever. we’re still going strong out here.

everybody and their grandmother has been jumping on the twitter bandwagon as of recent. luckily, a wise man named yianni garcia, whom i had the pleasure working with last summer with UnderCurrent, put me on early, and it’s given me a leg up on these late bloomers!
ha. but really, twitter is the new power move. it’s less intrusive than other social networks; nobody has access to your government name, your photo albums, your life (for those who put it all on Facebook, Myspace, etc.). and with all the privacy settings, you can make as intense as you want. the one weird thing is that  its entire premise is that you pretty much have to eavesdrop / ear hustle to get your followers up. in fact, it’s kinda like a big room where you’ve gotta start talking to random people to get respected. hard to explain…but i started on june 23, 2008, and i’m like 1,000+ followers deep now. it’s a dog eat dog world out there in the twittersphere. still really confused about what it is!? watch the video below. it should sum it all up for you.
