this week’s episode is dedicated to all my college students moving back on campus, from the newly minted freshmen to the experienced OG seniors. your university probably laced you with basic cable, and of course no HBO. maybe you’re in a forced triple, top bunk. maybe you’re cooped up in that suite with a guy who wipes his dirty hands after dinner with the same towel he uses after showers. there’s probably no way of seeing tonight’s episode. except right here. enjoy.
now, back to business. “the sorkin notes” is the name of this week’s episode, the eighth of the sixth season.
the trill synopsis of the episode: eric decides to meet with sloan, but rethinks their whole relationship after gollum ashley calls him. andrew’s back to his basket case ways when he has a meltdown that puts a big deal in jeopardy. and finally, vince and the boys call in some professional help after last week’s burglary.

synopsis: eric mulls a job offer and tries to rebound from an ill-advised remark to ashley (“sorry, sloan.” why the fool calling this crazy-looking girl sloan? sloan is way sexier, why is he parlaying with this wack chick? come on, E. get it together.); drama puts himself between jamie-lynn and a notorious TV boss; ari is surprised by an agency visit from andrew’s wife.

amongst friends! that’s the name of episode 2!
thanks for coming back for that next episode. shout out to everybody who spreads the good word. i appreciate it greatly. shout out to reading, too. that’s like when wayne used to shout out his engineer, fee, on every track and nobody knew fee was, or why he did it. but all we know is he kept coming with more music, so nobody complained. i digress. the episode is trill, and sloan’s sexy self makes more appearances. i hope she’s here all season.

they all look surprised. you know why!? cuz we got episode 1 before everybody else in the world did. how? i don’t even know. i think it’s cuz my connect sends me them via email as they air. this joint goes out to those on people all over the globe in the college campuses and quaint apartment buildings that don’t have premium cable channels like HBO to watch. this is like a reward for working hard for the past week, you know? it makes sunday that much smoother.
