Pigeons and Planes just gave me an extremely, extremely trill joint from indie rock / pop / folklore band Vampire Weekend. The Columbia University grads sound like Paul Simon in 2010, and I’m all about that. This new joint is called “Horchata”, and it’s the first single from their upcoming album, Contra. I hope they named it after the video game, but I highly doubt it.

I’m sitting here jamming while trying to figure out what the meaning of the song is. Those xylophones are something special though! I’m about to get some horchata in December and just sip it. Sounds great.

Larry resists Jeff’s suggestion to do a “Seinfeld” reunion special.

Not much happens except that every main character from “Seinfeld” comes back, and Larry causes more commotion. The world loves to hate him, and this is why this show is brilliant. Entourage beat it this week in terms of quality, but we’re talking about a season finale versus the third episode of a show that’s 7 seasons deep. Curb reigns supreme. Only other show seeing is right now is “Modern Family”, and I’ll have more on that later. Enjoy.

Synopsis: As Vince prepares to head to Italy to film his next movie with Frank Darabont, Turtle attemps to move on from Jamie-Lynn with the hot co-ed Brooke, but upon realizing he can’t, Turtle heads for Auckland, New Zealand in a grand gesture to get Jamie-Lynn back. Drama chooses to give up acting, only to head back in for another Melrose audition. Ari faces two obstacles in buying Terrance’s company: his wife, and an addendum to the contract. Eric’s special lunch with Sloan turns sour, resulting in a fight, but by the time it’s over, nothing will be the same between them.

I know i sh!tted on last week’s episode, but this joint was one of the best season finales I’ve ever seen in my life. No joke. It’s dynamic, everybody is involved, Matt Damon is the man, and the music was so fitting for the scenes. Let’s get it. Thanks for swearing by DC to BC each week for the episodes. I appreciate your loyalty, and hopefully you’ll continue to come back for the music, the tomfoolery, and the random articles. Thanks for everything. Enjoy the episode. security briefs that’s the name of episode 9!  last episode, we caught a glimpse of vince’s suspected stalker. this week drama follows up on a tip about that creepy looking guy in the id photo while turtle gets some crazy news of his own about the break-in.  adam davies is back and ari’s scheming on one of his BIG clients. but adam counters with something crucial.  e and ashley are together again but we don’t care because we want him with sloan.

synopsis: despite dince killing himself to film a pivotal scene for “smokejumpers,” verner – who never wanted him in the first place – fires him from the movie, which forces ari and aana gordon to bring the uncompromising director in line. after receiving an unexpected call from jamie-lynn sigler, turtle goes back to L.A. to spend the day with her. while he doesn’t reveal this to the guys, he does tell jamie-lynn a well-kept secret.
