it’s monday. the most mundane day of the week, by far. instead of starting your week off horribly like the typical monday (school, work, school and work, or something else horrible), i’m gonna try and make it something to look forward to. i’m throwing out links to worthwhile things to read to jumpstart the worst day of all-time. yes, this will be a regular occurance. and yeah, i got up at 6:45 am, left coast time, to get it ready for my east coast people. isn’t that thoughtful!? shout out to the students that start school today, or sometime this week. enjoy it, because when it’s over, you may find yourself blogging to make ends meet. trust me.

I believe that avoiding prepared foods will be the first step so that you can lose weight. They could taste excellent, but refined foods include very little vitamins and minerals, making you try to eat more to have enough vigor to get over the day. If you’re constantly taking in these foods, transferring to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more power while having less. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!

If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
