don’t mind the 1995-esque promo shoot / album cover – these guys are pretty nice. two of my friends, erick and aubrey, are the vocalists in this hip hop / R&B quartet known as the collective. made up of friends from fordham, maryland, and temple universities, they released this album / mixtape about three months ago, and for some reason the track i’m about to give you all wasn’t on it. strangely enough, it’s my favorite thing they ever dropped. i don’t know much more about their whereabouts or new stuff, but if you know erick, aubrey, b-ry, match, anybody else involved with the group, jam this. even if you don’t, still. jam it. ha.
