Nike took 19 or so years to release a variation of the Air Mcfly’s w/o power laces. With that said, I’m going to give this “prediction” a 29 year release date. I’ve tacked on 10 additional years because this is coming from Microsoft. Had it been Apple, I’d stick with the 19 year plan LOL.

i think some things shown here are just one invention away from becoming real. and with the speed of technological advance today (although it WILL slow down cuz of the crisis) I doubt it’s gon take 50 years. 10-20 max for what they showed there, so I agree with their prediction.

and judging by the common idea & even color scheme that binds all these new things in the vid, I think Microsoft might have some new shit in sotre for us in the years comng. if it all doesn’t collapse in 2012 LOL

i think that the phone was the coolest thing but the coffee cup and the newspaper were pretty cool too. i can definitely see something like this in the next 10-15 years. just look how far we have come in the past 10 years.

Hmmm…I say that we don’t have this shit so soon…And if anything, Japan, which runs shit, will have it first…Technology like that means everything has to be compatible with each other…Accessibility plays a big factor, and security plays another big factor…To be honest, I aint even trying to mess with all that right now..I’m still in awe of the iPod touch..haha…

But the best thing was the power usage for the house…Saving energy like that means saving money…I’m down with it…

I remember watching those Disney Channel movies like “Zenon, girl from the 21st Century,” and there were scenes showing people video chating online, with just a small camera. I thoguht to myself, wow like thats decent!!! now, i do it everydayy….

The phone, the newspaper and the clear glass computer monitor were all pretty cool. Why couldn’tt this be 10 years from now. I mean, if someone had showed you an iphone, which uses a basic form of this technology right now, 10 years ago, you wouldn’t have believed that either.
