I don’t agree with O’Reilly, but I do think that now is the time that we need to start paying closer attention to our actions and watching what comes out of our mouths. Jay-Z is, and has been, a very high profile public figure, and he should carry himself as such. If Russell Simmons would have done the same thing, all hell would have broken loose. If Jay ever wants to reach that status he should keep that in mind. Yes, our president is Black, but he’s also kind, articulate, strong, and many other things. This is why he is president, and someone like Al Sharpton never made it to office.
