my roomie ricky, aka the GOON, put me on this guy wax sometime last year, and i’ve always respected him, but never jammed him fully. well, ricky just put up a new wax video, and this time he rocks on a go-go beat (i feel like this wax guy used to live in DC at some point in his life. or still does. i need my research team to confirm this soon, so i can take this out of parentheses. thanks.). anyway, here he goes.

"the bud" by the huck-a-bucks. oh boy, it’s a classic. it’s the joint that sampled those budweiser frogs. yeaaaah, you remember this classic, don’t you! and p.s.: i feel like go-go just gets people hype, regardless of whatever they were doing or going through before the track is put on. you hear it, and you just get happy and bop, as wax does so elegantly.
