i went to columbus, georgia on saturday, and i’ve never seen so much obama support. at a college football game, i saw a stand selling around 100 unique obama shirts.
think about that. 100 different designs of shirts that support obama. why does obama get so much love!? do people even know what he is capable of? do they just dislike john mccain that much? do they think he can change the world? or are they doing it because he’s black!? think about that. while you watch these videos.
hilarious. especially around 1:20.
obama on soul train. also hilarious. and you know it’s him, too. bring it back, cuz i did. like 6 times.
you know his name is really barry, right? yeah, guys. you think he’ll go by barack when he’s in the white house? no sir. his name is barry. i read his book. every one called him barry. so i’m calling him barry too.

Comment by realestate 10.13.08 @ 6:16 pmBecause he represents the American Dream. It’s his charisma as you would say. He was raised by a single parent and his grandparents (like millions of other Americans). On top of that, people aren’t to happy with the way the country is going, economy sucks, gas is high, we’re in a war… Mccain can’t escape the last eight years.
Comment by Kayla 10.13.08 @ 6:34 pmI imagine that Americans had the same feeling of hope for a new president (if Obama gets elected) back in 1960 when JFK was elected. Obama is smart. cool. fearless. And he is not afraid to have smart people around him. My prayer and dream is that he conducts himself with honor and that he provides us the leadership and inspiration that we need over the next 8 years.
Just my thought…
peace, Villager

Comment by MM 10.25.08 @ 3:35 pmoh and from the article:
‘[Obama] raised a record-smashing $150m last month. That is nearly twice what Mr McCain can spend on his whole campaign, though the Republican Party is chipping in to help him.’
