editor’s note: why did i re-up this joint? because i was in atlanta, riding around shining while i could afford it in an acura legend, and this was in rotation. i posted this august 5, 2008. but since i have nothing major to keep you all occupied with, and since i am about to re-vamp the blog to make it even more vicious and unique, i might as well catch some of you newcomers up to speed with the old fire that i posted way back when. enjoy.
cudi, along with relative newcomer/fellow cleveland native chip tha ripper have just entered new realms with this track. possibly cudi’s hardest track yet. it looks like he’s the man whose bringing back cleveland’s hip-hop to the mainstream, like the bone thugs days. they have a lot of talent, and a lot of local support, but they need more people coming together like this to get there.

DL: chip tha ripper feat. kid cudi – ask about me
i like chip’s swag. he’s on that boss level. sounds a bit like a cleveland rick ross! i don’t have much more to say besides the song cranks. get some big speakers and bump it.
chip’s mixtape can’t stop me drops august 24th. i’ll post it when the time comes.
