yea man, that’s what my yawns look like right about now. i haven’t slept properly for months, real talk. most people watch the sun set, but lately i’ve been watching that guy rise. every damn day. it’s part of my daily routine. and this friday and saturday, i swear i didn’t sleep a wink. i had to go to connecticut for an advertising campaign competition (which we came 4th in, by the way), and i just stayed up until i had to leave. i was up so long that i got restless, and walked to the cafeteria at 7. it wasn’t even open, so i chilled outside until the manager saw me loafing, and let me in. i was so early, they didn’t even have bacon out. or tongs. i got to connecticut and watched 5 hours worth of presentations, and didn’t even tap out until the car ride home.

i love this home stretch, too. it’s the only time i truly don’t give a f#&* what i look like. like for example, right now, i have a beard. i’ve never had a beard before. i have no more pairs of socks. not even like it’s laundry time…i have no more socks. they’re all gone. i have one black one, and it looks dirty. what’s worse is that i’ve worn the same clothes every single day since saturday (with changes of the wife beater and the undies, of course), and nobody’s called me out. i haven’t seen the gym in 8 days and counting. i don’t even know what it feels like outside. cold? warm? who knows. damn.

i’ve been trying to find another job, and have edited and edited and edited my resume and cover letter over until it looks like something donald trump would co-sign. it’s killing me.

is nikki jean the most humble woman alive? maybe. she has so much charisma. more on my re-definition of that term later. but essentially, she’s my new crush. shoot, she has been for like 3 months now.

i love how she always asks how i am, man. it makes me happy. she knows just what to say to get me to crack a smile. and did she say we could meet up at one of the glow in the dark tour shows!? she ’bout to get a nice lil’ myspace message, jo’. or a wall post.

panic at the disco is the last thing i jammed tonight, so i feel like i gotta share one of their joints with you. definitely the coolest thing i’ve heard in a while. and i know, i know. i’m years late. so? click the album cover to listen to build god, then we’ll talk. good look, raqui.

Yay for shout outs to me! I’m glad I gave u good music to keep u entertained while you watch the sun rise. Maybe you should try some unisom? Or drinking chamomile tea before bed. Always works for me.
